Hi all !

Greetings,

Which implementation will be used in 0.7 to allow gnunet to find all
metadata about a file to download ? Which functions should I use to find
them and to insert a file ? And how could I help to this feature ? I
need it to finish my music insertion project, so I can work on it before.

GNUnet uses libExtractor ( http://www.ovmj.org/libextractor/ - take a look) to
extract meta-data from files of arbitrary type.

A question to which I did not find the response : Does the GNUnet Win32
port works (or tries to work) compiled from 'real' C or only from Java ?

On GNUnet's roadmap ( http://ovmj.org/GNUnet/ ) you can see that the port for
Win32 is yet to be done. Till then, you have the Java's port Freeway:
http://www.ovmj.org/GNUnet/freeway/ but, AFAIK, it is somewhat stalled in its
development... AFAIK there's noone really interested in doing the port to Win32 so unless
someone appears wanting to do that it will stay on the roadmap...
