Version 3.9.4 of package Helm-Core has just been released in NonGNU ELPA.
You can now find it in M-x list-packages RET.

  describe-function/variable/symbol/command/package,
  find-function/variable, switch-to-buffer, customize-variable/group,
  package-(vc)install, package-vc-checkout.
