Yes, after some experiences it takes really easy.

Well, when, as a newbie, I started using Debian, I found it very
difficult to install. Ubuntu, Trisquel, Fedora were kind of had medium
level difficulty to install. Easiest to install was gNewSense and one
of the easiest to use too.
I think it depends on the person.
