you should change your '/etc/apt/sources.list':
- delete (or comment-out) the existing rows about gnuzilla and/or
  icecat 
- add these rows:
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/gnuzilla-team/ppa/ubuntu hardy main 
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/gnuzilla-team/ppa/ubuntu hardy main
