I agree with you.

First, they are both non-material, unlimited, common goods.

Second:
- Why not the freedom to "run" an artwork, for any purpose?
- Why not the freedom to "study" an artwork, and adapt it to your needs?
- Why not the freedom to redistribute copies (digital copys are
  originals, copying do not take away the source) of an artwork so you
  can help your neighbor?
- Why not the freedom to modify a (copied) artwork, and release your
  improvements to the public, so that the whole community benefits?
