Thanks for the report, however I see possible issue only whith [1] and
[2].

about this:

        5º - In zip-2.32/win32/gvmat64.asm ,
        zip-2.32/cmsmvs/zipsplit.exec ,
        zip-2.32/cmsmvs/zipnote.exec , zip-2.32/cmsmvs/zipcloak.exec ,
        zip-2.32/cmsmvs/zip.exec , zip-2.32/cmsmvs/pipzip.rexx ,
zip-2.32/cmsmvs/mc.exec and zip-2.32/cmsmvs/cczip.exec there are no
licenses.
        Only autors names.

the licence said:
        """
Here is the text of the new license, which applies to all source
files in Zip 2.3 and later, UnZip 5.41 and later, WiZ 5.0 and
later, and MacZip 1.05 and later, except where explicitly stated
        otherwise:
        """
so the licence must be applied to those files.

about the ( 2º ), is pretty clear to me: they permits use (commercial
too), distribution, modification, ecc...

[1] ( 3º ) same as the follow [2]:
        4º - The zip-2.32/macos/source/recurse.c and
        zip-2.32/macos/source/recurse.h
licenses are, in my opinion, unclear:

        "
        ...
Copyright (c) 1995-1998 Jim Luther and Apple Computer, Inc.
        ** All rights reserved.
        **
** You may incorporate this sample code into your applications
        without
** restriction, though the sample code has been provided "AS
        IS" and the
** responsibility for its operation is 100% yours.
        ...
"
is/are really unclear, we should contact the author or info-zip.
