Ops, it requires a non-free firmware. To quote http://www.fsf.org/resources/hw/net/wireless/cards.html, "Note that some other RT chipsets, including the RT2501, RT61 and RT2571W/RT2671, require firmware that is not released under a free software license. This makes these devices incompatible with a fully free system."

On this page I found several files:

This link has no license:
http://www.ralinktech.com.tw/data/drivers/2008_0723_RT61_Linux_STA_v1.1.2.2.tar.bz2
and the firmware has only some freedoms:

Found this GPLd source. Will it work for me?
