Indeed.  Sam, thanks for reporting this bug.  I think it's really an
issue with Emacs 22.  It seems that it goes a little crazy with
"config" in a buffer name (KFV names certain buffers after
directories).  I will look into this further.  Sorry for the late
reply on this.
