Just a quick word.

If you are doing some KFV checking, and a licence reference doesn't
exist (you can't find any mention of licence info), then please treat
this as suspected non-free software.  Once we have made a decision on
how best to treat these packages/ files, it will be announced;  until
then, it is better to be cautious and safe.
