Hi, i've been reading about the gNS flavors issue, if the gnome is the
defaul or if kde will appear on this release, in any case

I would like to say something that suddenly got my attention and i have
seen before.

I've been installing gNS and Ubuntu on some friends PCs, and i noticed
that when i first installed gNS everything was all right, the i
installed Ubuntu 7.04 and i barely could installed from the LiveCD (it
took ages), then recently i did try Ubuntu 7.10 (some guys think that
gNS is quite old, and try it on the Delta-H release), well, the point is
that now days 7.10 can't be installed on a 256 ram computer, i think is
not enough memory for the whole process (it requires a Alternetive CD to
install).

If the things goes like these on every Ubuntu release the will need even
more RAM.

My concern is that how will these reflects on gNewSense.
Will we need an Alternate CD too?
(With the incoming releases)
