Many thanks for taking the time to resolve the issues surrounding
Packages/ MAIN/ libe.

I know that Dave Dinkum has been busy, and this has required attention
for a long time.  This is what it's all about, everybody.  If you see
somebody that needs help, just give it a go.  Were there any bugs
holding this one up?  If so, are they sorted (sorry, I can't
remember)?

It'll be good to see this section officially free, when Markus re-runs
the script on Saturday (or sooner),  and the _STALLED_ entry
disappears.

Anyway, well done, Lee...good work.
