I understand that software you cannot share is unethical, because
sharing is good.
I understand that software you cannot study or modify/improve yourself
is unsustainable, but this is a practical problem, not an ethical one.
Since you are not in charge of the computers at the bank, it does not
effect you personally at all.
Please explain how a lack of sourcecode is immoral.
