[O] 7.9.2: no testing directory

Following the installation instructions in the manual I failed at 'make test' with
this message:

Cannot open load file: testing/org-test.el
make: *** [test] Error 255

Indeed, the testing directory is not present in the org-7.9.2.tar.gz and therefore not
in the org-mode top directory, whereas it is present in the daily snapshot. Is this a bug
or is testing assumed to only be necessary for non-stable versions?
