Correct. It has been replaced by H:2 in #+OPTIONS: or
`org-e-beamer-frame-level'.

I get no error when using `org-e-beamer-export-to-pdf' on the following

Do you have an appropriate "beamer" entry in `org-e-latex-classes' ?
