    Prefer HTTPS in `M-x webjump´
    
    * lisp/net/webjump.el (webjump-url-fix): Prefer HTTPS to HTTP.
    (webjump-sites): Document the above change.
    (webjump-sample-sites): Change some links to HTTP only.
