    Update version information in Gnus manual
    
    * doc/misc/gnus.texi (Gnus Versions): Update with some information
    from https://www.gnus.org/history.html
    (Ma Gnus): Explain that Gnus is now developed together with
    Emacs.  (Bug#58161)
