    * doc/emacs/maintaining.texi (Basic VC Editing): Mention Dired buffer.
    
    * doc/emacs/text.texi (Outline Mode): Replace S-TAB with with S-<TAB>.
    
    * etc/NEWS: Add some missing +++/--- and move some related items closer.
