Details:

It would be convenient to have the ability to backup files that are on a
source only available via ssh. Also, restore to a filesystem that is only
available via the same mechanism. 

For example, say I have three computers, one Windows box with the files I
want to backup, one Linux box that will run Duplicity, and another Linux box
where the backup results will be stored. It would be nice to use ssh to get
the files from the Windows box (using cygwin's openssh server, for instance)
and store them on the backup target Linux box.
