Details:

I couldn't find explicit notes in the man page on the need of --force for
remove & cleanup actions. These should be added under ACTIONS. Also in the
overview at the top
e.g.
 
duplicity cleanup [options] /target_url [--force]

Also remove- or others should put out a warning to the effect that without
--force _only_ a listing and no deleting will occur.
