Follow-up Comment #1, sr #106509 (project duplicity):

This is currently not supported by duplicity. Some ideas have been discussed
on the mailinglist to obtain a behavior more similar to rdiff-backup, which
offers rolling window backups.

It is complicated by the nature of duplicity; specifically the fact that it
runs only on the client, with only file access to the destination storage
location.
