Details:

The --file-to-restore option doesn't work with leading or trailing slashes:

duplicity --file-to-restore /etc/ scp://host/backup /path/to/restore/

only

duplicity --file-to-restore etc scp://host/backup/path/to/restore

works. As far as I can tell there cannot be an ambiguous interpretation of
either the leading or trailing slash, so it would be fine to just strip them.
