Follow-up Comment #2, bug #24027 (project duplicity):

The BackupSet.get_time() function returns start time for full backups and
stop time for incremental backups.  I think that is an issue to examine
closer.  It seems to me that a file changed during the incremental has the
possibility of being missed in the backup.
