Follow-up Comment #1, bug #23985 (project duplicity):
The attach patch stops the spurious passphrase prompt in typical cases, but I
am not sure whether the patch is correct in cases where --no-encryption is
given yet the action *does* require encryption.
Who knows off hand what the historical/intended behavior here is? (I haven't
even checked the diff between the last two versions.)
Anyways, right now I don't have time to investigate further. I'll try to look
into the change that broke this tomorrow; I guess there's an easy way to
revert to whatever the behavior was before.
