Details:

Currently, when a compiler daemon exit, it doesn't inform the scheduler that
it has exited (unless it has received a KILL or TERM signal). 
A permanent connexion must be set up between the CompilerDaemon and the
SchedulerDaemon in order for the later to be sure that the former is still
alive (by using some kind of ping/pong behavior).
