[Dfey-nw-discuss] Stephen Mount talking at Ignite Manchester

Hey,

At Ignite Manchester the other day, Stephen Mount gave a short talk 
about Young People + Business + IT.

I know a few people are involved in this sort of thing.

I have a video of this that I took on my phone:

It's not very bright, loud, clear, steady etc

Annyway, I thought it was quite intersting and also generally quite good 
to be pushing out to non-young people about how they can hire young 
people - how they can find 'good' young people and try and mitigate the 
elemants of risk hiring young people can entail..

Anyone got any thoughts?

Footnote:
I would have improved it as much as I can in video editing software 
however the codec appears to be messed up somehow - getting the audio & 
video to sync is impossible.

Prizes for anyone who can work out a way of sorting it our on GNU/Linux 
or who can at least identify the issue... :-S
