As you may have seen in the bug reports I have taken a knife to the
complex bit of code that determines the spacing of the notes in the
display. It is possible that some scores may not display legibly or
even might cause the display to crash so please open a few of your own
scores and glance over the display (not the typeset) to see that
nothing has gone badly wrong. You should notice an improvement in cases
where a bar has very short notes in it.
The new code will be built overnight.
