[Decotengu-devel] Add some possibility to this libs

Hi all,

Is it possible to add the possibility to climb with an other speed than
10m/min or better variable speed, like 10m/min in deep depth 120m to
3m/min near the surface.

Is it possible to add also the possibility to calculate the deco with
two adding deco stop, 5m and 4m like the SCUBAPRO Galileo G2 do it.

Ty for the already exellent work done and may be for the future update.

PS: In the attach picture, the table showing us the variation of speed
rate fonction of depth.
