Is that the only output you get?  Normally, that appears after messages
indicating that there is some problem with one or more of the files
you're trying to tag.  If you don't get any other messages, then it
means that there is an entry in your taginfo administrative file that
applies and the command it specifies is failing.

Running with the -t global option to turn on tracing will show you more
about what's going wrong.
