[Coposys-dev] Modifications - need a review

Hi.

I committed modifications in the cgi script (and other less important
files).

Can someone review it

The main change is to differentiate add and update operations in two
different forms.

This will improve usability, I think.

If you agree with these changes, can you update the script available on
france.fsfeurope.org ?

Let me know in case of trole with these modifications.

Next step : I'll try to define some roadmap possibility in
doc/design.txt (in particular if karte_cgi is more interesting than
xplanet).
