[Circe-help] Problems with Lui and GNU Emacs 21.4

Hi, I have experienced some problems with Lui and GNU Emacs 21.4.
Specifically, I got an error due to remove-overlays functions being undefined, 
so I have added a new file lui-e21.el with that function (copied from 
lui-xemacs.el) and patched lui.el. It works fine now here. I attach the patch 
and the file.
