Generally, for payloads which do not have registered or predefined
types, you can simply define the payload type with DynamicPayloadFormat.
 Doing this from the perspective of SIP and RTP, you just need to supply
the correct rtpmap and codec info as part of the SIP sdp negotiation.
DynamicPayloadFormat essentially allows you to define your own, since
ccRTP only acts as a transport.  This is probably true in some form in
other protocols which support unusual or or otherwise unregistered
codecs as well.
