»

This should be:

If you want to discuss recutils, some of the people involved in GNU
recutils are present in the #recutils channel in the irc.freenode.net IRC
network. You are more than welcome to join. 
»

(and possibly add some links)

Please correct it.

By the way, I have started a similar project at
https://github.com/shlomif/cmd-line-spreadsheets-toolkit for command line
spreadsheet manipulation.
