Hi Jose,

I have uploaded the .texi file in doc/. It is called "python_recutils.texi". I also added it to Makefile.am. Please let me know if it is alright. I also have a html version of the document generated by Sphinx, looks better than the html doc generated by texi, I thought we could use it if needed. I have attached the compressed folder of the html build output. Please open index.html in the browser. Thanks.

Ok.  Put the generated .texi file in doc/, and please also add a rule to
doc/Makefile.am in order to generate the texi file from whatever python
uses.
