    Update gnulib.

Commit a0b25daf001cb1a0352f329e2b5e1640acc88541 fixed an infinite loop
in a configure test on some platforms which prevents building recutils
    on Arch GNU/Linux.

It seems to revert the update (and return to a hanging configure). Is
this intentional?

(I don't know submodules well and I don't know if we have a different
policy for choosing gnulib commits to use than the newest upstream one.)
