Possibly.  It depends on two things: How long each chapter would be and how
well the subjects can be separated from each other without disrupting the
flow of the text.

The GCS says that the manual should serve as both a reference AND a tutorial

So I infer that to mean that explicitly labeling a section as "Tutorial" is
not appropriate, since it is also a reference.
     
Changing the sectioning is relatively easy, so I suggest that we get the new
material into the repo and then worry about the details of its structure.
