Hello gentle Gnu staff. I'm a student of computer science at university of Milan. We have to learn Prolog, so I've installed your Gnu Prolog, version 1.2.16 (with the auto installing setup file), and my computer is a Pentium II with Windows 98. I've read nearly all the whole documentation of your wonderful program, but what a frustration I had when I wanted simply compile a prolog file! The trace of the prompt Dos is auto-explainant: D:\Documenti>gplc -v hook.pl Prolog compiler (GNU Prolog) 1.2.16 By Daniel Diaz Copyright (C) 1999-2002 Daniel Diaz GNU Prolog comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY. I hope there's an easy way to solve this problem. I thank you a lot for a possible reply! Daniele Privitera Milan-Italy |
