[bug-myserver] 0.10 announces itself as 0.9.2

Hello,

Apparently the problem is due to the fact that MYSERVER_VERSION is
defined in terms of the contents of the ‘version’ file, which does not
relate to the $PACKAGE_VERSION string of Autoconf:

PACKAGE_STRING='GNU MyServer 0.10'
PACKAGE_STRING
