[bug-myserver] myserver 0.9-rc2

Hi all,

I just uploaded new packages for the the MyServer 0.9-rc2.  There are
not important changes since rc1, just the possibility to disable tests
at configure time and the Windows package now doesn't depend from
external .dll files.

Please report on this mailing list any problem that you many find.

If no other problems will be reported, this release is probably going to
be the definitive 0.9 release, that should be in the next week.
