I looked in the repository Guix is trying to build for inetutils and do
not see tests/runtime-ipv6.c. So I looked up the current version of
inetutils and realized that Guix has inetutils version 1.9.4 packaged
instead of 2.0. Updating the Guix package of inetutils to 2.0 may
resolve this failing test.

I will report back on the result of upgrading the Guix package of
inetutils to 2.0.
