I have given enough reasons and tried to help you. You keep on
clinging to every last straw to block whatever I say:
+ you gave no real reason to not change to Git although you say CVS
makes certain things difficult
+ I offered to use single files for each backend, but you won't budge
+ I gave you ample links to back my reasonings, but you keep guessing
in the dark

Yet you talk about technical discussions in a friendly manner.
