[bug-inetutils] Bug of inetutils-1.5

Dear：sir，

    I'm sorry to trouble you with this mail.

    These days ,I use the telnetd of inetutils-1.5 as a telnet server on  PowerPC linux 2.4..31.But I find a bug.we cant telnet it with the telnet client of windows2000 CMD.If I change the type of term of win2000 CMD from ANSI to VT100,I can telnet the server. I try to correct it so that I can telnet the server by win2000 useing the default term type ，but I faild.

Could you tell me what the problem is or give a new edition whitout the problem.Thank you!
