[bug-inetutils] FreeBSD support

Alfred shamelessly asked me to test inetutils on FreeBSD, and then told
me he's too lazy to apply the patch I sent in November that already fixes
the build problems.  He wanted someone else to do it, so I'm sending this
mail here.
