I'm done with the first wave of changes.  cvs up -PAd to update.

To import a new gnulib module, add it in configure.ac (search for
gl_MODULES), and run /path/to/gnulib/gnulib-tool --import, then commit
everything as usual.  The ChangeLog entries for gnulib related love is
in the toplevel.

I tested it lightly on OpenBSD (there are some minor issues that I'm
going to fix later on), and GNU/Linux where it works for me.

To all GNU/Hurd and Solaris users: please snatch a version of
inetutils from CVS and try to see if this works!

Now I'm going to get stoned...
