Nicolas Pouvesle and my changes have been assigned, see fencepost.
That cover the Kerberos 5 modifications to telnet(d), rsh(d) and
rlogin(d). I'm not familiar with the GNUTLS additions to ftp, I'll
let Nikos Mavroyanopoulos speak for them.
