[bug-inetutils] NFS server for GNU inetutils

hi!

given that there's no decently portable NFS server around, I think it'd
be interesting to provide one with GNU inetutils.

I've been looking around to see what free implementations that could be
suitable for inetutils (after some fixing, of course) are available, and
found these:

- nfsd from the Hurd sources. i haven't checked, but i guess this uses
  Hurd-specific interfaces.
- UNFSD, the userspace nfs server that was written purposely for GNU/Linux:

  this could have some linuxisms but runs on userspace after all, so i don't
  think it'd be hard porting it. there are some issues though:

  - it's not fully GPL (see section 7 of the README). i guess that custom
    license is GPL-compatible though, any legalese expert would like to look
    at it? anyway, only 974 lines of code are affected.
  - it's dead upstream (latest release dates 10/11/99). this shouldn't be
    much problem since we are planning to fork it, but see below.
  - there are two forks already:
    http://clusternfs.sourceforge.net/
    http://packages.debian.org/unstable/net/nfs-user-server.html
    (yes, the debian package of UNFSD is practicaly a fork. the latest
    revision is -14 and that includes a number of patches and bug fixes)

so what do you people think?
