Follow-up Comment #3, bug #13434 (project gv):
If Since todays configure.ac update:
* if inttypes.h is available: Nothing changed
* If inttypes.h is not available (ISO C89): you have to supply the configure
argument "--with-intptr_t=TYPE". Type may be intptr_t, if this is available on
your system. Otherwhise specify an integer type that is as large as an int (if
available, otherwise use a larger inegral type and get some warnings).
Configure will inform you if you need to specify this option.
