[bug-gv] gv.texi/version.texi: VERSION/GVVER

Hello,

apologies if I'm missing some obvious point.

Just compiled 3.6.2 and looks like gv.texi uses VERSION, but
version.texi sets GVVER. The result of make gv.info is:

     gv.texi:24: warning: undefined flag: VERSION.
     gv.texi:50: warning: undefined flag: VERSION.

Either VERSION should be changed to GVVER in gv.texi or GVVER sould be
changed to VERSION in version.texi.
