Summary:  tmp file left after interrupt

Original Submission:  gv sample2e.pdf
CTRL-C

gv exits, but leaves a temporary file behind, e.g.,
gv_41d35092_1_.sample2e.pdf.tmp

It would be nice if it cleaned up on interrupt.  Or didn't need it at all, even 
better!
