I've done a preliminary cgi script for the moderation
pool. All it has atm is a login screen, which then
takes you to a page with a table which will (in the
future) display all of the articles that have bene
submitted but have not yet been accepted by a
moderator. Once I get the database stuff working for
the signup form and the article submission form then
this bit will actually have stuff in it.

To login btw you just put in any username and an
identical password (eg username:tom password:tom).
