#1. harddrive will chatter off/on for awhile
#2. after logging in system will take a long time to get into logs folder
#3. Logfiles will get too large before they're deleted.
PS: Cannot disable the kernel from logging, which is part of the problem and
where is a command list for the smoothwall 'root' system? or just use the help
files?
